Position: Security Guard

Reports to: General Manager

As an essential member of our team, the primary role of a Security Guard is to provide excellent customer service to all guests. At all times, a Security Guard is to be observant of patron, vendor and employee activity; exercise good and sound judgement during busy times and in times of stress. Be able to multitask under pressure.

 

Position Duties:

Respond quickly to emergency and non-emergency situations as it relates to employees and guests

Effectively use appropriate de-escalation and escalation force levels.

Perform safety checks and inspections and take corrective action on any safety issue or hazard.

Monitor entrances and exits of employees, vendors and guests.

Report any suspicious activity by any guest’s employees and vendors to management.

Communicate necessary information to the General Manager and/or all members of the management staff.

Identify and refer customer service issues to management.

When available and as needed, assist with basic theater operations, including special events and screenings.

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s license

Previous experience in law enforcement, military or other related work

Must be able to remain stationary up to 50% of the time

Needs to move frequently from various positions inside and outside the facility

Available to work Evenings, Weekends and all Holidays
